Hi Kelly:
You could suggest to N0KE that he consider the fact that people will get
pissed off over non-QSLing (especially explicit non QSLing), and that will
adversely affect his contest score in the future. I don't need TI on any
band/mode but plenty of his contest callers will. MANY of the people who
work us in DX contests do so because they want a QSL card, not a contest
point. I knew I had to clean up my act 20 years ago when my contest runs
into Europe were interrupted by callers complaining that they hadn't
received my bureau QSL cards yet. And as for trying to figure out how to
use LoTW, I'll have my 11 year daughter volunteer to help him out - she also
at age 5 right away figured out the Palm Beach County Gore/Buchanan
butterfly ballot. Finally, complaining about W3HNK's LoTW QSLing habits
seems very strange, considering that Joe is probably the world's foremost
and reliable QSL manager.
