[Dx-qsl] ADIF mode code numbers

As far as I can see, the ADIF specs do not define modes by number. In 
addition to the site Jim mentions, the inventor of the ADIF format lists 
his specs here.

There was also another site, but I can't find the URL.
There was a saying in the shop where I worked, "The nice thing about 
standards, is there are so many to choose from.". You might want to 
contact the Dx4Win author and see where he's getting those numbers from.
