[Dx-qsl] Chasing VK0MT QSL from 2001 [VK4KMT]

As Ron WN3VAW suggests, QSL direct to JE1LET - there were no problems at
all. Masa was very efficient with the couple I sent him.
The ACMA ( = Australian FCC)website still shows David Taylor as holding the
callsign VK3KR. I suggest the QRZ info is out of date! However, if VK4MT was
ever held by David, it has certainly been re-issued.
