K4UTE shows VK0MT as via JE1LET. QRZ.COM, QSLINfo.DE and OZ7C agree.
(Thanks Pathfinder!)
Also, the QRZ detailed listing adds this after Dave VK0MT/VK3KR's 73: "QSL
direct only SASE with return postage. Good luck!! 73 and 88 from Masa
JE1LET" (Dave must now have a different call, as QRZ is showing different
names under both the VK3KR & VK4MT listing; the only other VK I see by that
name is VK2IPQ)
So I'd suggest that routing via Masa as your best bet.

Subject: [Dx-qsl] Chasing VK0MT QSL from 2001 [VK4KMT]
Hi, anyone know why Mark/VK4KMT has QSL: NIL on QRZ.COM?
Still trying to get card for David/4L1DA qso back in Oct of 2001.
Or does that just mean No Qsl mgr - QSL direct? TIA,
Joe W7LPF
