[Dx-qsl] buro cards

A QSL card is the final courtesy for a QSO . . . I missed 5BWAS from YS land
because the only contact I had with RI on 20m was with a HAM who "didn't
believe in QSLing"....but I noticed he never sent back the YS9HH cards I
sent him.
