Ouch. If my math is correct that is 12ドル.58 out of pocket. I would hope 
most, if not all, would be decent and send you a stamp back in return.
I always forward the cards as well and in most cases the Op is polite and 
sends a stamp back which is exactly what I do.
Let's just hope our cards go to someone with the same attitude. :)
