Hi Bill,
well, I assume, that my QSL request and the negative answer for KL7AA has
nothing to do with Ron (AC7DX). I got QSLs from Ron for AH8A (1999) and LT1F
(2003).
Just wanted to say this to avoid any confusion. Maybe KL7AA gave order not
to answer
SWL-cards....do not know. Of course it is a little bit dismal, but it is
just a hobby and
KL7 is already confirmed..
Take care and have a nice weekend
Andreas

I'm very sorry to hear that some hams/managers DO NOT answer SWL requests.
I'm using DXBase2005 for my personal log and the logs of the stations I
manage.
DXBase provides for an easy way to confirm/print a special SWL card/label.
I consider a swl qsl request just as valid as a qso qsl.
SWL request that arrive via the bureau are returned via the bureau.
SWL request arriving direct with sae and postage are returned promptly.
A courteous request deserves a courteous reply.
