John I recently participated in the Oregon QSO party as I was told several
county hunters needed Curry county. I did received several cards and over
35% of those did not include an SASE. I went to far as to send an e-mail to
a few of them and told them if they wanted a QSL, the log was posted on
LoTW. The response I received was "I don't participate in LoTW." I decided
that they really didn't want a card from Curry County OR either.
