[Dx-qsl] QSLing Courtesy

I've made quite a lot of QSOs in ARRL's Hiram Percy Maxim event as 
NT5C/135. Now the QSLs are starting to arrive. I'm very happy to 
respond promptly, but if you want my QSL (or conversely if I want 
yours), I have always considered it common courtesy to provide the 
means of replying - SASE in the U.S., SAE + 1ドル outside. Apparently 
many of the folks I worked don't consider that to be necessary.
