Hi Graham,
Many of the buros under the ARRL (at least the ones I use) request
that you just send them money and they supply the envelopes and
postage stamps. I get from 20 to over 50 cards per mailing about
every three months. I get peaks in my buro cards from time to time
from my portable ops in DU land every 2 years or so but still get buro
cards for my old K6ACZ and now K7ACZ calls. I believe they do it on a
time basis (every 2 or 3 months or so) rather than based on the amount
of cards you have on hand. But on the other hand, if one doesn't get
many buro cards then maybe the envelopes don't get overstuffed like
mine do. My last envelope of buro cards was just under 6 ounces or
170 grams.
