[Dx-qsl] QSLs from DX stations

No one is more cynical than I but after being the manager for a Cuban
station for 6 years & being an active Ham/DXer for 41 years I think a
lot of the DX stations NEVER GET ALL/SOME OF THEIR MAIL. I have sent
my Cuban station 90ドル (5ドル-10ドル at a time) over the past few years and he
never got any of it. Arnie Coro, CO2KK was here in Denver about a year
ago at a QRP club meeting. I gave him an addressed envelope TO MAIL IN
CUBA with a 20 dollar bill wrapped in paper. Even though I gave Arnie my
door prize my guy never got the 20ドル. I have sent my Cuban station 10
ATNO DX cards, guess what he never even got them!!! I have read articles
by DX stations saying the same thing. I guess you pay your money and
