I stand corrected. I just got a email from TG9NX/N4FKZ. Here is what I
can share with you on the QSLing issue.
Dear Bernie Had a big problem with my mail, since past May, someone was
tampering with it, lost abt 200 cards , 50% 6 mts qsos from last big
opening . I did complain to the General post Master and he ordered my
mail to be delivered to me from a different route , all back to normal
since August 15th but guys don't help, no matter how many times I say
"pse pse don't put calls on envelopes" they will never learn . To be
safe and protect the inocent,I am using also my Florida address N4FKZ ,
it will take a little longer......

That address use to work but I have heard Frank say not to use it any
longer. QSLs must go to his TG9NX address.
