[Dx-qsl] TG9NX via N4FKZ?

I've heard a lot of DXers complaining about getting a card out of TG9NX
including my self earlier this year.
Back in Feb. 2003 I sent him a QSL for a 160 Meter QSO and to this date have
never received that SASE in return.
Back in late July 2003 I worked TG9NX on 6 Meters and now I had a challenge
of getting two bands confirmed from him.
I heard Frank on 15 Meters one day telling people that he is having a real
problem with postal theft and he believes he only receives a portion of the
cards that are sent to him.
I then decided to use a big Red envelope that came with a Greeting Card and
addresses it to him with the address on QRZ.Com. A few days later I found
him on the band and asked him if he received the big Red envelope. He
replied YES I received it fine. He got a BIG BIG laugh at my method of
deception.
Back on 5 Sept I received both my 160 & 6 Meter QSL from TG9NX. About 7 week
turnaround.
I personally think Frank answers all QSLs if he receives them. Also as a
ARRL Field Checker I see a lot of fellows with TG9NX cards so there are
indeed other lucky ones getting his card.
