I just talked to Joe's manager (Alan, WA4JTK) this afternoon, and he
confirmed that he got a phone call from Bill Moore at the DXCC desk.
According to Alan, Bill informed him that 7Z1AC's documentation has been
accepted and that station is now good for credit.
I hope the official announcement will be coming forthwith.
