Last I heard was that the ARRL was awaiting documentation, that the op had
been contacted and informed of this by several amateurs who'd like the DXCC
counter. But so far, he has chosen not to send Newington anything. I
don't know if he has a particular objection or has simply not gotten a round
tuit yet.
