With the fairly recent increase in IRC Prices here to 1ドル.75, I have been
wavering about whether to use IRC's or GS in direct QSL's to foreign lands.
Most of my current list is destined for Western Europe, with several others
destined for Eastern Europe and South America. My opinion seems to be that
GS work well where the threats of postal theft are lowest, but I am not sure
where exactly these areas are. I seem to assume that Western Europe is
pretty secure. Also if 2 GS are required, that may also shift the favor to
IRC's ...
Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated.
