My opinion is that when a QSL Manager sells IRC's for less than you would
have to pay at the Post Office you are getting a bargain. He could cash
them in at his Post Office but is giving us first crack at them. I
purchase IRC's from KU9C from time to time and and happy to get them at a
discount price.
