[Dx-qsl] US International Postage Increase

Guys
I found a sentence on the USPS web site today about an upcoming rate
increase for International mail:
"International rates are determined separately from domestic rates and will
not increase until January 2003."
No info on what the rates will be, or what will be covered by the increase.
The rates themselves have not even been set yet- no one is working on this
until after the domestic rate change of June 30 is past.
More info will be passed on when received.
