[Dx-qsl] qsling a contest station

If a big contest stn doesn't qsl within a reasonable period of time ..he
will never get my multiplier...it's that simple...
For example W4MYA (Among many other good ones) does ..I've got far too many
of their qsls... but you can always look at their contest logs and you'll
see an HK3 mult...
Maybe thats why they get such good scores...working a contest is like having
clients ...you have to nurse them for the next time you need them ...thats
contest qsling to me!
