[Dx-qsl] question about qsling

Hi Marty,
	A QSL to the ARRL buro for a state side manager of
a DX station QSO is okay. The ARRL will forward these to 
the manager that you specify on the QSL. Be aware that
not all managers accept cards from the buro and that when they 
do, they normally process them last, after all the direct QSL's 
are answered. So if you are not in a hurry and the manager says
he will accept buro QSL's than you are in luck. It is always nice
to send direct for DXpeditions , as you mentioned, because they
can use any donation you send for expenses.
