[Dx-qsl] eQSL policy changed

Hi !
Wether it was an April 1st joke or not, it seems eQSL has changed its
"INBOX" system, requiring to upload your log first before you can view any
received cards.
I used to reply to all cards received via the eQSL system (as well as
sending one via the QSL bureau; after all eQSLs aren't counting for any
major awards), but as I don't want eQSL to act as my QSL manager, I chose
not to upload my log. Therefore, I am renouncing to the eQSL system as it's
in use today.
Needless to say I will continue to send out the cards via the bureau.
