if you mean 'web based' ... also 
the ARRL Antennas books are good
and ON4UN's Low Band DXing is an
excellent text for the lower bands.
Your question is perhaps a bit too
broad to answer? ... so a bit more
detail might help as to knowing
exactly what are you wanting to do.
