[Antennas] co-ax Balun

I am looking at putting up a Windom antenna and want to try building a 
4:1 balun using co-ax. The antenna would be for use on 80 Metres and 
higher..... can any one tell me what diameter and approximately how many 
turns I should put on to get best results from a balun of this type please?
I will use 50 ohm co-ax but do have 75 ohm co-ax if this would be 
better, but I assume 50 ohm would be best feeding to a 50 ohm co-ax feeder.
