I haven't seen it posted yet, so I'll chip in my .02$...
To continue what Harvey was saying, you want to keep the coax as short 
as possible if you plan to use the G5RV as a multiband antenna. More 
coax = more loss. I would run the twin lead all the way to the house, 
or use the balun just outside your bulkhead connector and continue with 
coax from there.
