Hi Hart,
If you have Rogers Cable TV service, the major FM stations will be on cable.
You can connect your FM tuner input directly to an output on a cable
splitter, or if the tuner's FM input is balanced you can connect the cable
via a small balun (available at RS or at most hardware stores.)
I have this setup at my home in North Vancouver. Reception is far better
than off-air, although the frequency assignments are different. You can find
the cable FM channel list on the Rogers website.
