[Antennas] Mercedes VHF/UHF options

I drove a pick up for over 20 yrs and just picked up a used 99 E320. 
Would like to keep the exterior clean and absent anything that says
"CB-I-got-the-hammer-on..." Was wondering if anyone has advice
on antenna options...even if it meant unscrewing it and placing it in 
the trunk when not in use. Mag mounts are unacceptable, given their
accumulated damage to the paint. Is there a near-invisible hard mount
with removeable antenna? I dont' follow the trend in the marketplace
so at a disadvantage. So any web sites, tips, etc and I'll be happy to
research further. Thanks in advance!
