[Antennas] McCoy feeders

Simplest way to connect balanced feedline to center of antenna is wrap feedline
over center insulator back to itself, tape with lots of good tape for strength
and strain relief, and then a nylon tie-wrap over the tape. Bring the wire out
both side up to the ends of the antenna wires, which are looped through the
insulator with several turns. I have been using a 300 ohm twinlead setup like
this for several years with no problems. I take it down every year or so and
check or replace the tape over the solder joints. Good 300 ohm twinlead will
handle 100 watts easily. Good enought for QRP WAS and DXCC.
Hope this is of interest.
