[Antennas] inverted L question

An inverted L is usually a 1/4wave bent into an L shape...
sooo if you have it resonant on 160, chances are its 135 ft or so
in overall length and a 1/4wl on 160...making it a 1/2wl on 80
and VERY high Z on the feedpoint...
You COULD use a relay to open half of the antenna length to make
it a 1/4wl on 80....OR you could use a LC network to match it to
the feedline on 80...and merely have the relay bypass that on 160.
