[Antennas] what kind of vhf vertical is this

I acquired a vhf/uhf? GP vertical.
It is in good shape but weathered and name is bleached off.
It's approx. 46" long, made of two pieces, the smaller diameter, telescoped
top section looks like it has a small trap in the middle.
It has 3 6 1/4" screw in radials. that come off the base at right angle to
the vertical. coax connects to so239 on what appears to be a insulator off
the side of the base.
Make a guess and say it's 10 years old.
Can anyone make a determination as to the brand/model and it's value?
No manual/spec sheet is available.
