[Antennas] Random Wire Antenna Tuner...

Woul not whether the inductor or capacitor is in series with the antenna
feed be determined upon the electrical length of the random wire? That is
sometimes the capacitor may be better in series.
I know of one ham who put out the longest, cage type wire he could then had
inductors and capacitors that could be jumpered in different arrangements
to obtain the highest output. Didnot know what SWR was at that time.
