I cannot agree more!! Surplus, my XYL, don't need, flea market, used cars 
(vehicles), caveant empour (sp?).
If you know how to test, shop, bargin, then you might work out. But so far 
I have found that finding a good store, even if a little more in price, but 
a good person, you will end up being better off.
On another reflector the thread for awhile has been the S&H of some 
vendors. I have bought from one who phoned me to apoligize that what I 
ordered was no longer available. He now accepts my order over the phone, 
sends it to me with the invoice and I send him the cheque. I always ask, 
"What is the cost at my house?". He tells me before, and if he is wrong, 
sends it for the price, but if too far wrong phones me and says that he 
will not ship unless I agree.
So, to me, (trained as a cost accountant, management accountant for awhile) 
there is a difference between price and cost.
