[WriteLog] Writelog staying Keyed after RTTY messages

Well after a long night I finally found the problem. Something is wrong 
with the PK-232MBX DSP unit. I have 3 of them and switched to another 
and everything is fine. I switched to the third one and every thing is 
fine. I just did not catch it as everything is working except dropping 
the PTT and the unit giving me grief.
