From the video: Like last year, no one ran against me and EemFoo for festival coordinators, so we'll be your de-facto organizers once again! We seriously appreciate the trust you all put in us, and we're looking forward to making the CCSF 2025 another great one.

Over the past few years, I received feedback that my attempts to consolidate people's theme suggestions sometimes left folks feeling like their ideas weren't fully represented. So, this year, I'm changing things up. Instead of trying to merge themes together, I've created theme categories that you can vote on. If a category wins, all the themes under it will be included as sub-themes, making sure that no ideas get lost in the shuffle.

This year's categories are:
- Retro Nostalgia
- Stories and Legends
- The World & Everything In It
- Science and Oddities

If you would like to VOTE FOR THIS YEAR'S CCSF THEME, this poll will be up for another week or so!
After that, I'll start getting ready to take submissions for the Wolfling Run!

It has come to my attention that after upgrading from PHP 7 to PHP 8 recently, any pages on the site that send emails are not working, including:

> lost password
> contact

The second poll for the CCSF 2024 is here!

This year, EemFoo and I decided to band together and run as a team for the co-coordinators of the Creatures Community Spirit Festival 2024... only to find out we were the only ones running! (My Blueberry dolls were unfortunately disqualified from candidacy due to residency requirements.)

In lieu of a formal vote, we've decided to just make this announcement as your de facto coordinators! Once again, this year's festival will be coordinated by Myself (freylaverse) and EemFoo! Note that there's still the theme to vote on, and we have a LOT of great options this year. Catch you all during the festival! We are currently planning to start it in December.

It's great to see the recent enthusiasm in submitting adoptions, cobs, and whatnot!

However, I would like to provide a reminder that any submission should be packaged in a .zip file before uploading. This is because Creatures Caves will automatically attempt to convert any submission into a .zip file, regardless of what file type it was originally was.

So if you attempt to submit a raw file (.creature, .agent, etc.), the website will turn it into a completely invalid .zip file that cannot be opened in any way. Likewise, compressed files of any other format than .zip (.rar, .7z, etc.) will be turned into partially invalid .zip files (can't be opened normally, but can potentially be opened in other programs such as 7zip).

If you are unsure on how to package your submissions in a .zip file, you can learn how here (for Windows) or here (for Mac).

The wolfling run is OVER! I'll make and hand out the prizes in the new year, and an agent trailer will be made for the new wolfling event tool as soon as I'm actually done with it. :P Until then, congrats to the winners of the run and thank you to all who participated!
