The NumbersWiki is currently classified as a "TV Community." How do I change it to a "Lifestyle Community"?

In every single wiki I enter I see comments in pages but I can’t comment on them.

So recently I made a new wiki for a small in-game clan but I don't know how to change the background of the wiki

Does anyone know how to do it? I'm a beginner and I have zero experience in coding, I can't edit or remove the infobox templates as well

(btw I'm using my phone for it, does this affect anything?)

How to do such a thing? I personally find it inconvenient to manually link to the map page.
