• Build pipelines where everything is automated

I don't like

• Over-Engineering and Lasagna code
• XML Gluttony
• Monolithic systems
• Design Pattern overload
• Projects that fall under Conway's law or suffer from the Inner Platform effect

I am not interested in joining your company if:

• you get less than 6/12 points in the Joel Test.
• your recruitment process involves trivia/quiz questions that have nothing to do with software engineering
• your software architect thinks that design patterns are the next best thing since sliced bread
• you want to rewrite your big application from PHP to Java (thanks but no thanks)
