We've updated the install page (http://arclanguage.org/install) with a minimally-updated distribution of Arc suitable for the latest versions of Racket.

Thanks to Kartik Agaram, Pelle Hjek, waterhouse, Ross Angle, and the rest of the Arc hackers here!
