Center for Cancer Registries
We promote national and hospital-based cancer registries, and prepare and disseminate accurate cancer statistics by standardizing and improving the accuracy of cancer registries.
ISO/IEC27001:2022 Scope of registration
The activities of the Center for Cancer Control and Information Services are:
- To collect, analyze, and disseminate cancer-related information useful to the public, including the operation of national population-based cancer registry (National Cancer Registry) and hospital-based cancer registries.
- To provide training and support to medical facilities and their staff that provide care for cancer patients; and
- To promote cancer control activities through research and development.
