Signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) between the Ministry of Justice of Japan and the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic

On 20 November 2023, Minister KOIZUMI Ryuji and Minister Ayaz Baetov, the Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic signed and exchanged the Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) between both Ministries at the Prime Minister’s Office in Japan.

In advance of the ceremony, on 17 November 2023, Minister Koizumi welcomed Minister Baetov at the Ministry of Justice. At the bilateral meeting, both ministers agreed to develop cooperation projects and continue dialogues between both ministries at the practitioner’s level under the signed MOC for comprehensive cooperation in the field of law and justice.
