(6) Paid Lessons
23.4% of the surveyed children went for paid lessons. The most popular lessons were "swimming" and "English."
The percentage of children who continued taking paid lessons since the 3rd survey was 10.0%. Combining this with the children who started taking lessons since the 4th survey (13.3%), the proportion of children going to paid lessons increased from 14.2% in the previous survey to 23.4%. The most popular lessons were "swimming," with 6.8%, followed by "English," which accounted for 6.7% (Figures 10 & 11).
