stronger than the sea

Our Story

HARDSHIPS BRING US TOGETHER

Markets are shrinking?
Competition is killing you?
Margins are squeezing?
Got to cut costs to the bone?
Still, your clients expect more for less?

Sure, it's tough.

And it won't get any easier!

Yet, only when it's dark enough one can see the stars.
So, we gotta be shining.

May our stories connect. Let's make a great one together!

our story

here is our story

Our century-long journey has casted us into what we are today. Not many companies in the world can laud with such a great tradition. Since 1896, we have been threading our way through calm winds and following seas as well as through gales. And here we are, still sailing safe and sound, pushed forward by the wind of excellence, commitment and passion of our people.

From a small Austro-Hungarian yard, we have become the leading shiprepair, conversions and offshore shipyard in the Mediterranean - a byword for top quality, an absolutely uncompromised workmanship worldwide.

What's the catch? It's simple - we love ships, we admire the sea, we respect people. Everything changes, the way we live, the way we work, but our reliability, commitment and willingness to keep learning stay firm. We don't wait for the right circumstances, we make them.

our people are writing it

It's very simple. Motivated employees create the genuine competitive advantage, hence their well-being is our very essence. We respect differences, we encourage open communication and promote continuous development.
