Summary of the Project (Overall goal, project purpose, outputs)

Overall Goal:
Services on improvement of quality, productivity and management of SMES are provided continuously in the Dominican Republic.
Project Purpose:
A plan on nationwide framework for developing and utilizing trained SME Senior Advisors (trainers for business advisors who provide services on improvement of quality, productivity and management of SMES) is produced.
Expected Outputs:
(1) Training program for developing SME Senior Advisors, which includes training curriculum, training schedule, and training materials, is prepared.
(2) Senior advisors, who can conduct training for developing new SME Advisors, area developed.

Highlights

This project will provide the Dominican Republic of a space for training of advisors taking into account the needs of this sector, to develop capabilities to offer a better service to the same.
