Michael Wise was the Founder and CEO of omniEffect responsible for inventing Universal Platform (2004-2015) and, previous to that , R&D at Oracle. He has worked in start-ups, private and governmental organizations, with depth and experience in IT consulting, software development and understanding enterprise solutions.
