Ian Goodsell is a Senior Software Engineer at Raytheon Company who is currently bringing the Software Factory Methodology to Raytheon programs. He has ten years of experience as a tools developer, QA tester, and team lead. A graduate of Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, Ian is currently working towards a Masters in Information Management at the Harvard University Extension School.
