厚生労働省の指針として、令和5年3月13日より、マスク着用は「個人の判断」が基本となっていますが、感染拡大防止のため、以下の方はマスクの着用をお願いします。

・風邪症状(咳・痰・のどの痛み等)のある方
・37.5°C以上の熱が続いている方
・強いだるさや息苦しさがある方
・過去7日以内に、新型コロナウイルス感染症と診断された人と接触歴がある方
・免疫力が低下している方
・面会される方
・上記の他、周囲の感染状況等を踏まえ、マスクの着用が必要と判断した方

According to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare guidelines, as of March 13, 2023, wearing a mask is basically left to individual discretion.
However, to help prevent the spread of infection,we kindly ask the following people to wear a mask:

• Those with cold symptoms (such as cough, phlegm, sore throat, etc.)
• Those with a persistent fever of 37.5 °C (99.5 °F) or higher
• Those experiencing severe fatigue or difficulty breathing
• Those who have had contact within the past 7 days with someone diagnosed with COVID-19
• Those with a weakened immune system
• Visitors meeting patients
• Anyone who is otherwise advised to wear a mask based on the surrounding infection situation

根据日本厚生劳动省的方针,从2023年3月13日起,是否佩戴口罩原则上取决于“个人判断”,但是为了防止传染扩散,以下人员请佩戴口罩:

• 有感冒症状(如咳嗽、咳痰、喉咙痛等)的人员
• 持续发烧,体温超过37.5°C的人员
• 感到严重疲劳或呼吸困难的人员
• 过去7天内曾与确诊新冠病毒感染者有密切接触的人员
• 免疫力低下者
• 来探视他人的人员
• 此外,根据周围的感染情况等判断需要佩戴口罩的人员

来院される皆様におかれましては、引き続き、以下の感染症対策にご協力をお願いします。

来院前の確認
次の項目に当てはまる方は、来院前に受診予定の診療科にご相談願います。
1)風邪症状(咳・痰・のどの痛み等)のある方
2)37.5°C以上の熱が続いている方
3)強いだるさや息苦しさがある方
4)過去7日以内に、新型コロナウイルス感染症と診断された人と接触歴がある方

マスク着用と手指衛生
マスク着用については上記 をご覧ください。また、手指衛生のご協力をお願いします。

病院の出入口について
病院の出入りは、昼間は外来棟正面入口、北棟時間外出入口、渡廊下出入口(第2駐車場内)からお願いします。南棟の救急外来(時間外受付)出入口は、夜間及び急患患者専用です。

なお、今後の感染状況次第で、内容が変更となる可能性があります。

Things to Be Checked before Coming to the Hospital
If you meet any of the following criteria, please consult with the department you are planning to visit before coming to the hospital.
1)Cold symptoms (cough, phlegm, sore throat, etc.)
2)Continuous fever over 37.5°C
3)Severe fatigue and shortness of breath
4)Have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 in the past 7 days

Facemask and Hand Hygiene

Please refer to the information above about mask wearing. We also ask for your cooperation in hand hygiene.

Hospital Entrance
Please enter and leave the hospital during the daytime at the entrance of the Outpatient Ward, the North Ward, and the connecting corridor (in the 2nd Parking Lot). The Emergency Outpatient (After Hours Reception) entrance in the South Ward is for nighttime and emergency patients only.

Please note that this may change depending on the future infection situation.

对于前来我院的各位患者,请继续配合以下预防感染的措施,感谢各位的合作。

前来本院之前的确认项目
如有符合以下项目的患者,请在前来本院之前向预定接受诊疗的诊疗科进行咨询。
1)有感冒症状(咳嗽、有痰、咽喉疼痛等)的患者
2)持续发烧37.5°C以上的患者
3)感到非常疲倦或喘气困难的患者
4)在过去7天之内,曾与被诊断为感染新冠病毒的人士有过接触的患者

佩戴口罩和保持手指卫生
有关佩戴口罩的事项,请参阅上述内容。同时,请保持手指卫生。

关于医院的出入口
出入医院时,白天请使用门诊栋正面入口、北栋时间外出入口、游廊出入口(第二停车场内)。南栋的急救门诊(时间外挂号处)出入口,为夜间及急救患者专用。

此外,根据今后的疫情情况,此通知内容有可能发生变更。
