TSE to Publish a List of Companies That Have Disclosed Information Regarding "Action to Implement Management That Is Conscious of Cost of Capital and Stock Price"

Tokyo Stock Exchange("TSE")started to publish a list of companies that have disclosed information in compliance with the request "Action to Implement Management That Is Conscious of Cost of Capital and Stock Price"(publised on March 31, 2023)to inform investors of who has taken action and encourage companies to make a proactive effort.

These initiatives are related to the initiative "Encouraging the management with an awareness of profit-making and growth" stated in the "Action Program for Accelerating Corporate Governance Reform: From Form to Substance"(publised on April 26, 2023). Financial Services Agency will work with TSE to follow up the initiatives by listed companies.
