Exchange of Letters on co-operation Related to the Insurance Supervision with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (NJDOBI)

On October 25, 2016, the Financial Services Agency Japan (FSA Japan) and the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance (NJDOBI) exchanged letters on co-operation related to insurance supervision.

This Exchange of Letters intends to establish a framework for cooperation and coordination between the FSA Japan and the NJDOBI in light of growing cross-border activities and transactions.
