Letters between the EC and the JFSA regarding equivalent assessment of OTC derivatives regulations

On June 14, 2013, the Financial Services Agency sent a letter to the European Commission regarding equivalent assessment of derivatives regulations, and on July 24, 2013, received a letter from the EC.
