Public Comments Invited regarding the Revision of the Basic Plan for Proper Treatment of PCB (Polychlorinated Biphenyl) Waste
Ministry of the Environment is inviting public comments on the revision of the Basic Plan for Proper Treatment of PCB Waste from September 26, 2007 to October 16, 2007. The main purpose of the revision is to promote PCB treatment carried out by Japan Environmental Safety Corporation (JESCO), a special company wholly owned by the government of Japan and that has an important role in the government's scheme for safe treatment of PCB waste.
