Comments received on 'Proposed revisions to the Basel II market risk framework' and 'Guidelines for Computing Capital for Incremental Risk in the Trading Book'
On 22 July 2008, the Basel Committee released consultative documents on Proposed revisions to the Basel II market risk framework and Guidelines for Computing Capital for Incremental Risk in the Trading Book . Interested parties were invited to provide written comments by 15 October 2008. As a result, the Committee received 15 comments for publication. These comments, in PDF format, are available below.
The Committee wishes to thank those who have taken the time and effort to express their views. These comments will no doubt assist the Committee in its efforts to finalise its revisions to the market risk framework and the incremental risk capital charge.
