As one of the multiple programs aiming to strengthen the foundation for promoting nation-wide academic drug discovery efforts, the goal of this program is to develop an informatics system which predicts the pharmacokinetics as well as the toxicology of novel compounds, and supports chemical optimization in drug discovery research. Once developed, the system will be utilized for the iD3 Booster, which is implemented by the Department of Innovative Drug Discovery and Development (iD3) in AMED, as well as other academic drug discovery research efforts, by widely publicizing the system.
